• Aplicación se refiere a quexIA, el programa de software proporcionado por la Compañía.

• Compañía (referida como "la Compañía", "Nosotros", "Nos" o "Nuestro" en esta Política de Privacidad) se refiere a Nomalytics Lab, C. A las Cumbres 429, Vallarta la Patria.

  Para efectos del RGPD, la Compañía es el Responsable del Tratamiento.

No se compartirá ni venderá información móvil a terceros o afiliadas con fines de marketing o promoción. Conservación de tus datos personales

La Compañía conservará Tus Datos Personales solo durante el tiempo necesario para los fines establecidos en esta Política de Privacidad. Los periodos habituales de conservación son:

• Información de la Cuenta: durante la relación de Tu Cuenta, más hasta 24 meses después de su cierre.

• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
